Atelier Opulence is operated by JDV SA, Quai du Mont-Blanc 1, 1201 Geneva, Switzerland (Company no. CHE-108.837.781).
These terms and conditions apply to any order placed on atelier-opulence.ch with JDV SA.
Pieces are crafted in Geneva from CITES-certified exotic leathers, made to order or made to measure. Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF). Some pieces are offered "on request": a personalised quote is issued before the order is confirmed.
An order is finalised once the cart is validated and paid online (card or TWINT), or, for made-to-order pieces, once the quote and payment terms (bank transfer or TWINT) have been agreed by email.
Production time: 7 to 10 business days. The workshop may close for annual holidays; orders are then processed upon return, as announced on the website.
Shipping within Switzerland only for now, via Swiss Post. Flat shipping fee: CHF 15.- per order, added at checkout.
Made-to-order or personalised pieces cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in case of a proven manufacturing defect. For standard pieces, any non-conformity must be reported within 8 days of receipt to contact@atelier-opulence.ch, for exchange or refund.
Pieces benefit from the statutory warranty against defects under Swiss law (art. 197 ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations).
Designs, photographs and website content are protected and may not be reproduced without authorisation.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
